4. What is the "24/7 Watchr Security Center" upgrade?

This is our low-cost "pro" feature. When you upgrade, you are assigned a Unique Account Number. This number is stored in our central database and contains critical information that 911 dispatchers don't always have, such as:

• Medical & Disability Info: Alerts first responders to handicaps, oxygen use, or non-verbal residents.
• Property Details: Helpful for recovering lost or stolen property like bikes and laptops.
• Pet Tag Profiles: Speeds up the recovery of lost or injured pets by linking them to your account.

5. How does this upgrade help First Responders during an incident?

In a crisis, every second counts. When first responders or a neighbor calls our Watchr Security Center with your Account Number, we can immediately relay vital "behind the scenes" info to police or paramedics (like "Resident is in a wheelchair" or "Deaf occupant"). This prevents delays and allows first responders to enter the situation with the specific tools and knowledge they need to save lives.
